We provide notarial services and Apostille or notarial certificate services for the use of U.S. documents in foreign countries.
We provide translation in English, Portuguese, and Spanish of any content and material such as foreign academic transcripts and content, résumés, foreign legal documents, website content, and more.
We also offer services such as writing, editing, & proofreading of academic content, articles, blogs, social media posts, flyers, ads, etc.
Maximum fees per Notarial Act pursuant to Florida Statutes:
• Protests – $10.00
• Acknowledgment – $10.00 (each seal) - usually for documents such as deeds, contracts, mortgages, power of attorney
• Oaths /Affirmations – $10.00 (each seal) - usually for documents such as affidavits, depositions, applications
• Attesting to a Photocopy/Tangile or Electronic Record – $10.00 (per copy) - except for copies of vital/public records if they can be obtained from the official source
• Vehicle Identification Number (Verifying a VIN) – $10.00
• Certifying Contents of a Safe-Deposit Box – $10.00
* Solemnize a Marriage (Perform a Marriage Ceremony) – $30.00
* E-Notarizations: $25.00

Additional Non-Notarial Fees (if applicable):
* Travel fee (Mobile Notary): $10.00 - $35.00 based on distance (a quote will be provided in advance) - Travel fees must be paid in advance to secure your appointment.
The travel fee will be refunded if the appointment is cancelled three (3) hours prior to it.
No travel fee applies if you come to an agreed location.
* Witness: $50.00/per witness (if we provide the witness)
* Waiting time: $25.00 / half hour (first 10 min grace period)
* After hours/Sundays/Holidays/Emergency: $75.00/first document, then $10.00 per additional signature/pages
* Airport: $100.00/first document, then $10.00 per additional signature/pages
PRIOR to your notarization, please have the following ready:
WAIT TO SIGN the documents in person, BEFORE THE NOTARY; the notary MUST witness it.
* Each person who will sign must have a valid (non-expired) State-issued Identification Card (ID), Driver's Licence (DL), or Passport.
* You must have the documents where your signature will be notarized in your possession.
* If a document requires the signature of a witness (es), the witness(es) must be present at the time of the appointment. They also must sign the document in-person before the notary.

4. One document, one page, one signature/electronic notarization: $25.00 (You come to an agreed location.)
5. One document, one page, one signature/notarial act: $10.00 + travel fee to your location: $10.00 + after hours/Sunday/holiday/emergency: $75.00 - Total: $95.00

Apostille or notarial certificates are a type of authentication of U.S. documents (vital/public records/official U.S. documents, notarized documents) to be used and accepted in other countries. These documents are issued ONLY BY the Secretary of State & they determine which type of authentication applies based on the country in which will be used.
